    What is your processing time?

    Our usual processing time is 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
    During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing may take a bit longer, but we always do our best to ship your Sonicbest order as quickly as possible.

    How long is the shipping time?

    Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

    As a general reference: about 5–10 business days

    Please note that unexpected delays (such as customs inspections, local delivery issues, or holidays) may extend the delivery time.

    Where do you ship from?

    Currently, shipments are primarily sourced from Apex Warehouse in North Carolina.

    How do I request a return or refund?

    If you’re not fully satisfied with your Sonicbest order, we’re here to help. Please follow these steps:

    1. Contact us

    Email us at info@sonicbest.com
    with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and (if applicable) clear photos of the product and packaging.

    2. Wait for confirmation & instructions

    Our support team will review your request and reply with return eligibility, return address, and any additional instructions.

    3. Send the item back

    Please return the item in its original condition and packaging (unless it arrived damaged/defective).

    Include your order number inside the package to help us locate your order quickly.

    4. Refund or replacement

    Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or replacement.

    Refunds are usually issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

    How much is the shipping cost?

    We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

    In addition, shipping costs are calculated based on your shipping address, order weight/size, and the shipping method you choose.

    You will see the final shipping cost at checkout before you complete your payment.

    What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

    If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please:

    Take clear photos of the outer box, shipping label, and product (if damaged).

    with your order number and the photos.

    We will work with the shipping carrier and offer a replacement or refund according to our policy.

    Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

    If you need to change the shipping address, items, or cancel the order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@sonicbest.com.

    If your order has not been shipped yet, we will do our best to update or cancel it.

    If your order has already been shipped, you may need to follow our return & refund process instead.
